I thought the breakfast was the best part of my stay. It was very tasty. Checkin and checkout were easy and service was good. The location was convenient and not far from the bus terminal. While these are all positives, the hotel itself needs some updating with more modern designs and better amenities in the room. Heat did not work very well. Nor the hot water and this is important during winter time.

The equipment is old. The stain on the carpet is still there. Wi-Fi sometimes cuts out. Breakfast uses a lot of oil. Orange juice and apple juice are diluted with water so it's thin.
However, I was able to stay there without any problems, I was able to sleep, and there was a shower and toilet.
Breakfast is included and I think this price is reasonable.
I think I will use it if I have a chance to come to Sarajevo.

The hotel is very nice, with free parking spaces, friendly service staff, ok breakfast, and overall clean and safe. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small and the sound insulation is average.

I went there first times but It’s very nice place and staff are kind. Included breakfast. The meal is not bad but No soup.
I stayed 6 days. (Cash 3days) later l’ll go there if I go Sarajevo.
