Great location at old town nice clean room but single bed a bit small , good breakfast selection which is included even not mentioned at times of booking.

Facilities: There is an elevator, I like the decoration style very much, and the smell in the corridor is wonderful.
Hygiene: Neat and clean. I stayed for two consecutive days and were helped to clean and change bath towels during the stay.
Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters away from attractions and restaurants that require check-in.
Service: Don’t think twice when you come to Sarajevo, just stay here and you will definitely be satisfied. . The staff spoke English very well. There was no hot water kettle in the room. They made a call in the middle of the night and sent someone upstairs instantly. They also helped to call a taxi. It was the first time in more than two weeks in the Balkans that I felt like I had a four-star hotel with good value for money.
Tips: We booked a stall on Ctrip that did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk told us the price included breakfast, and the breakfast was really rich and delicious.

Hotel konumu Saraybosna için mükemmel. Genellikle zaman geçireceğiniz Başçarsı yürüme mesafesinde. Havalimanından kalkan otobüsler ile gelindiğinde son durak sonrası otele 3 dk yürüme mesafeniz kalmakta. Oda temizliği ve kahvaltısı ***et güzel. Tek sıkıntı TV de TRT çekmemesi :). Ek olarak hotel çalışanlarının Türkçe bildiğini okumuştum gi**eden bende. Türkçe konuşana denk gelmedim :). Personel her konuda ***et ilgili bu arada. Otel çıkışında havalimanına gi**ek için taksi cagirtin.
