Great location at old town nice clean room but single bed a bit small , good breakfast selection which is included even not mentioned at times of booking.

It was a very cozy stay but I think it is ideal to offer breakfast before 8 am .

Facilities: There is an elevator, I like the decoration style very much, and the smell in the corridor is wonderful. Hygiene: Neat and clean. I stayed for two consecutive days and were helped to clean and change bath towels during the stay. Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters away from attractions and restaurants that require check-in. Service: Don’t think twice when you come to Sarajevo, just stay here and you will definitely be satisfied. . The staff spoke English very well. There was no hot water kettle in the room. They made a call in the middle of the night and sent someone upstairs instantly. They also helped to call a taxi. It was the first time in more than two weeks in the Balkans that I felt like I had a four-star hotel with good value for money. Tips: We booked a stall on Ctrip that did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk told us the price included breakfast, and the breakfast was really rich and delicious.

A great stay. Location is less than 5 min walk to the old town. Really helpful and friendly staff. Fabulous cooked breakfast choices there was even chicken wings one day good enough for an evening meal. Very comfortable room. Decent size, safe in room and good shower. Very clean. Definitely recommended.

The staff was great. One person gave me the scarf around her neck for 2 days so I could enter mosques! The room was very well appointed, even having robes and slippers, as well as shampoo, lotion, vanity kit, etc. The location right next to the old town was awesome.

Almost everything about this hotel was great - service & staff, cleanliness, location, view from our room and the bed. There were only 2 annoying things in our room - the tv would turn on on its own so it came on one time during the night. The other thing was that the air con was very noisy and we couldn’t turn it off.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean with nice beds and showers, wifi was fast. Location of the hotel was great and a short walking distance to the heart of the city. There was a complimentary breakfast from 8-10 every morning with a wide range of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Overall a good hotel. My room was very small but with a good bed. There was some noice from the corridor.

the hotel is in the heart of Sarajevo so you can go anywhere easily. Nice tasty breakfast and friendly staff. In cleanness they could be better. I strongly suggest this great hotel.
