A joke bordering on scam. The bathroom handle is missing; the window curtains are partly detached and one is completely missing (so the light comes in at night, in the morning and all day); There is no toilet paper and I had to buy it myself, because despite requests, it never arrived; I can't watch TV because after two days I still can't bring a remote control; The bathroom drain trap is broken, so you can smell the sewer throughout the room; The bathroom mirror is held in place with tape at the top. The furniture is precarious, a chest of drawers has a hole in the bottom of the drawer. They call themselves 4 STARS!!!! Amazing stay

We had a pleasant stay overall, largely thanks to the exceptional receptionist who definitely deserves a raise. He was incredibly sweet, always helpful, and made our experience truly memorable. The location of the hotel is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to numerous bars, supermarkets, cafes, and bakeries. However, the proximity to the boulevard and promenade meant it was quite loud, especially during the festival, making it more suitable for party-goers than those seeking a quiet vacation. We used the pool a couple of times, and despite its age, it offered a beautiful view and a great spot to watch the sunset. The entire staff, including the owner and cleaners, were very friendly and accommodating. I asked to get a better pillow and they tried to get it for me immediately without any problem. We also took a boat trip, which we highly recommend. On the downside, a few issues affected our stay. The furniture, especially on the balcony and rooftop, was old and not very clean. The AC was not functioning properly, and the shower design caused water to flood the bathroom floor. Additionally, my pajamas were lost, possibly taken by the cleaner by mistake. Despite these drawbacks, we still enjoyed our stay and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Apart from the view and the 80 steps that allow you to get directly to the center, nothing more. I found a room with the floor dirty with sticky substance (removed after 3 days). I had to ask (at 10 pm) for a rag to clean the inside and the shelf of the wardrobe dirty with old black dust. The shower spray and the door handle did not work. I was offered a room change the next day but it was no longer available. Staying in the pool on the roof during the day becomes difficult: too hot and little shade (3 small umbrellas in bad condition and an announced but non-existent bar). 3-4 fixed menus are offered for breakfast but any change requested changes the cost: everything is counted individually so the price can double or even triple! Not recommended. To accommodate me, I was promised a refund .... Never received! NOT RECOMMENDED!

The staff at this hotel have no regard to personnel properly. A staff member scratched my car with his motorcycle and claimed he did not do it. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel when staff damages property and does nothing to acknowledge the damage. I saw him do it as well.
