It is a hotel I want to use again. Good location and very convenient. I was not troubled with the meal The employees were always happy with the customer service with a smile.

VERY clean! A VERY friendly and informed staff. Made very welcome, and they know the locality well. The breakfast was delicious. It's obvious the staff take their responsibilities very seriously. This is a top-notch hotel, and we will attempt to book here every time we are in Saratoga for ANY reason.

The hotel is newer than another Hilton in the same city. The room is clean and the facilities are new. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. There is a lot of parking. The location is also very convenient.

There are also some self-service convenience commercial facilities in the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. The room is large and the bed is large enough for four people. We were traveling the New England area for fall. Found this gem! Loved everything about it. It is beautiful, clean, associates were amazing and the ****** was great! Loved it and hope to visit again! It is a must see if you are in the area. The race track right behind it, was so neat to see.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotel was spotless. Fitness room, pool, spa all in excellent condition and very clean. The complimentary breakfast and complimentary Wednesday evening dinner was very good. Not fast food at all. Location is well suited for horse racers, skiers and hikers. Lots to doin the area!
