This was my second stay at Bel Azur and it is a very friendly hotel and has a lovely swimming pool and area.

Very well located, parking near buy. Rooms are clean. The view from the pool is breathtaking overseeing the mountain and Harissa. Breakfast had varieties. The staff, Charbel, Michael, Michel are really informative and helpful. I will definitely come back.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Jounieh ❤️The hotel has character and charm with a beautiful authentic feel 🥰. The staff were warm and friendly and always willing to assist and go the extra mile. Legends!! ! 😘 There was a wonderful variety for breakfast and all meals were made with love with fresh ingredients!! Delicious!! Bel Azure Thank you so much for taking care of my family and group! We will definitely returning again soon !!! 🌟

The location and view is amazing, beds are comfortable and you have access to the pool anytime you like, staff are amazing and so friendly, just bathroom the shower area needs to be renovated.

Location, pool and view are the only positive points of this hotel. Being well rated by booking and many other sites, I decided to go there for 1 week and I was very disappointed. The service is not good at all. You have to ask at reception for the numbers to call room service which is just lousy and the food is not good. The room was large, beds comfortable, nice view but not clean. The cleaning is very poorly done and the towels are not changed every day and they often forget to put back the products (shower gel, toilet paper, etc.). Also in the bathroom mold on the edge of the shower and toilet leaking when you use the shower. Wi-fi lousy. Weak breakfast, no milk every other time and no butter with the toast, the meal is more Western.

Been here now for the second time, first time September 2022 and now in June 2023. It’s a great hotel to stay and to unwind and to relax. The rooms are super. I stayed in room 316 spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is just good and enough to start your day. The have a 3 pools and directly at the bay. I will be here again definitely in 2024. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The location of this hotel was amazing and the outdoor pool was great. However, the bed rooms were not clean, rug was very dirty and the tub- we kept our shoes on the whole time and the elevator didn’t have any sensors when you exit and enter and it almost caught my arm.

Excellent pool and politeness of staff. Even though in general Lebanon has poor electricity supplies, Bel Azur tended to manage this with just a minute or two of outages.
