"We had a fabulous stay at the Jounieh Suites Hotel. The staff and owner made us feel like family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All amenities were available and the front desk was very responsive to any request. The location was great as there was a few restaurants, corner store and pharmacy all within walking distance. Many other great places just a very short taxi ride away. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Lebanon. "

"It’s a very nice hotel. I had a great experience. Specially “thank you” to Shady from reception. He is professional and extremely friendly guy, also he took care about my trip in Lebanon to different places: advised what to visit and helped with taxi. All the staff there are friendly. Room was a bit small but clean: bedsheets and towels are in very good condition. View is amazing. Breakfast was delicious, however not that much choices. Territory is beautiful. Hotel is in the city center in tourism area, so everything you need is exactly near there. 👍🏻"

"I am deeply disappointed and saddened by what I witnessed and learned during lately . The management has reportedly mistreated the cats that used to live peacefully around the resort, and now no one seems to know what happened to them. Such behavior toward innocent animals is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment’s ethics and values. Until the hotel takes responsibility and ensures the safety and humane treatment of these animals, I strongly recommend that others reconsider supporting this resort. We all have a duty to stand against cruelty and speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves."

"Great central location to everything. Suites are spacious and well decorated. Owner is very friendly and down to earth. He made sure all our needs are met. Staff extremely nice and professional from welcoming us on arrival with the most locally made fresh lemonade to walking out with us upon departure wishing us safe travels. We had planned on staying at another hotel to try out other locations but we booked again and went back to this hotel few days later! Amazing experience!"
