淋浴間地漏壞了，臨睡前洗澡水淹到外面，鞋子衣物都濕了，打電話告訴酒店，酒店沒有給出合理的解決方案，全程沒有道歉，沒有解釋。衹是讓維修工來修，讓服務員來搞衞生，半夜進進出出，一點不顧及客户感受。我們提出換一間，也是磨磨蹭蹭，最後給了一個加床房，我花了4500睡了一張很小的加床，而且房間隔音很差，外面馬路上汽車聲很大，服務生不會主動拿行李，一點都對不起這個價格，整體感受非常差，避雷避雷

Otel odası güzel olmakla beraber tanıtım fotoğraflarından farklıydı. Örneğin fotoğraflarda küvet var gözüküyordu ancak bildiğin duşakabin sistemi alelade bir duşla karşılaştık. Banyoda sıcak suyla ilgili randıman zayıf. Fiyat kalite endeksiyle kıyaslarsak oda fiyatı oldukça pahalı. Scalini restaurant yemek/kalite/fiyat endeksi açısından başarılı…

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. The infinity pool and view from spa was superb. Restaurants were delicious and the food was of a high standard. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The spa was sadly out of order, so didn't got to experience the Turkish steam room and sauna.

Very nice property and beautifully designed. A stunning remodel of waterfront mansions. The service was not quite what one would expect from a six senses property and predominantly seem to be run by a very young and possibly inexperienced staff. Because I was here during April a couple of the restaurants were closed unfortunately. There are five venues in the hotel however I was only able to have lunch in a small café on my arrival?? Did have a great dinner at the Spanish restaurant. The layout of the property is a bit deceiving online per the photos and maps as the grass and spa area are quite a ways away from the main buildings up at the top of the hill and require a buggy ride but once there a lovely spot with great views. The manager was open to hearing some criticisms regarding staff and service. Hopefully they can work on their service prior to the busy travel period of the year.

Otelin içindeki kendi Cafe restoranında yemek yedik. Yemek soğuk , tatsız ve yavan idi. Garson yakalamak zordu. Bir ara kendi aralarında içeride cafede yüksek sesle birbirlerine bağırdılar . Bir ara da nedense inanılmaz yüksek sesle müzik açtılar . Yanımızdan geçmekte olan bayan personele kapatırmısınız dediğimizde durma zahmetine bile girmeden yanımızdan zaten az sonra kapayacaklardır diyip geçtiler . 2 defa su için bardak istedik gelmedi . Kötü yemek , kaba ve yetersiz personel maalesef.
