Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück hat uns super geschmeckt.

Alhoewel het hotel aan een drukke baan ligt, hadden we er geen last van. Verschillende restaurants op wandelafstand. Degenen die een slechte review gaven, die hebben erg overdreven want de kamer was netjes en proper.

Very friendly staff, cleaning standard nice. But the room was cold. I was there on January 3rd and the heating was closed. There was no heat at all in the bathroom and the window was open when we arrived. So the bathroom was freezing cold and it was not heated during the period we were there. In addition, the lighting conditions are very poor in the bathroom, the hairdryer did not work and our bedside lamps only worked once in a while. Little things to change and it would be a good place to be.

There was lack of power outlets. Actually there were more of them in bathroom that room itself. I´m used to bed having outlet at each side....
It´s locaton .... in´t on busy noisy street, so shops are close by, so are the cars.
And lastly ... drain in shower could use some tweaking. more water could go in that managed to go out.

In the ad it said, 24 hour reception. Upon arriving and locating the reception, which at night is very difficult as there is no lighting visible from the road, we found only one telephone number... and it was not correct. We had to search the Internet for the hotel and after the anguish, a man met us there and directed us to it. We spent two nights and the first night the receptionist woke us up INSISTENTLY AT 7.30 because she thought it was ours (it wasn't) a badly parked car. Very far from Hamburg, it is about half an hour by car and I suspect that public transport communications must be expensive and very difficult. Mini refrigerator that barely cools. WE WOULD NOT GO CRAZY
