"The location was more than perfect, close to the train station and very close to the subway which you can go wherever you want. The hotel offers free cards for the bus and underground train but you have to be a member of the H-Rrwards club. Breakfast was ok . bed was comfortable but the air conditioning was not as expected not AC only fun and was a little bit hot . Facilities not so good not as stated in Trip home page .We need to ask the reciption for every thing . T.ex to get slipers as it was not in the room and there was no electric  kettle so we asked them to provide as but they stated we can provide only for medical reason don’t understand exactly what they mean .but we got one . any how also you have to ask the reception to get one bottle water and to clean your room .  Otherwise it was comfortable."

"It was clean and convenient, just one stop from the central station. Apart from the fact that it was close to the train tracks and a major road, and was noisy due to construction work, the price is acceptable for central Hamburg."

"location not bad with bus stop outside the hotel and around 15-20min walk to hbf. hotel was clean and provided free minibar & coffee machine, as well as still and sparkling water. beds were comfortable with super soft pillows. staff were all v friendly :)"

"Arcotel Rubin made our stay in Hamburg pleasant and marvellous  They welcome us and allowed us early checked in and upgraded our Junior suite to full suite The suite was immaculate with beverages on the house Overall stay was perfect and would be our first choice hotel if ever we return to Hamburg"

"The holiday inn was beautiful and the room is spacious and had everything you need for a trip away. I stayed for 3 days but came at a bad time as majority of things are closed on Sunday and Monday, but the bar had many drinks and food selection if you like to sit and have a relaxing time. I would definitely come here again as it’s in a good location and not too far from the airport. The staff were lovely and welcoming and very helpful to any questions I had. The cleanliness of the room was amazing and comfortable."

"No issues with the hotel itself and the service (both are excellent), the only downside is the location. Nothing particularly interesting in the surrounding area and the construction made it tedious to get to but on the plus size, the train is a quick 10 minute walk away."

"No hygienic items (wattepads, Q tips), all deleted. For example, the bath door. We were open in room 121... shower forward. No matter how to try it - the whole bath is flooded afterwards. Personal is working hard, but we had no hot water - no excuse or regret. Location super, short ways. That's nice if you don't look so closely. If you wouldn't visit the hotel again."

"One of the best hotels I've stayed in Europe. It's comfortable in all aspects, fully equipped with a cloakroom and kitchenette, a safe and a coffee machine. Every time they clean, they will refill the drinks in the refrigerator and put the bed covers back on. The mattress is very comfortable, the room is large and soundproofed, the supplies are all L'Occitane Sage, and they will actively restock them if you stay for a long time. There is a subway station at the door, and you can walk to all the attractions in the center of Hamburg within 15 minutes. There are all kinds of food and shopping around. At this price, the cost performance is very high. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hamburg in the future! The downside is that there is no clock in the room, so you can only turn on the TV to check the time. In addition, the TV projection is not easy to use, so it is recommended to consider buying a Netflix account directly."

"The perfect location in Hamburg for your stay. An easy walk to the Alster, the museums and the shopping district, and the main railway station is a minute or two from here, as well as all the fantastic local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good beds. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hamburg."

"We were very happy with the hotel, the rooms were clean, small, but everything you need was there. Service is good, the location is good too. Breakfast was very varied, we didn't miss anything, there was something for everyone. The hotel is highly recommended."
