The heaters were not working and there wasn't any towels available in the room

Room was not ready when arrived (after reserving days in advance) they tried to provide a 2nd room that only had double beds instead of queen. Then a 3rd room which also was not clean. We had to wait for a room to be cleaned. Then manager came by to apologize and asked if we needed anything such as more towels. We asked for towels and wash cloths. Kids had to share towels as they didn’t bring them for a couple hours, stating they were waiting for them to dry. By this time we were in bed for the night.

Beds were dirty. Towels are dirty. Mold in shower. Beds hard as a rock. Room smelt of cigarette smoke

There is a strict policy in that motel that no smoking air you will be fined, but the moment I entered the room, there was smoke filled inside the room and came right at me. Whole night I have to sleep in that room, and I am not comfortable in these area where smoking is done and especially, prople doesn't follow where things should be enforced.
Also, there were cigarettes 🚬 burnt holes in the bedsheet on my room. I have made a vedio of it before leaving, and the shower pipe was leaking too.
Hate that place.
All I wanted is to rest after 12 hrs of long driving, but never booking with this motel again....

I had a challenging experience at the motel. The snowy driveway was not cleared, making parking and driving difficult. The room had an unpleasant odor, requiring a scented candle, and the bedding was stained and dirty. Fortunately, I brought my own blanket and sheets. Disturbingly, a lady outside yelled and knocked on my door at night, adding to the unsettling a**osphere. Additionally, the washroom was in a terrible condition. Overall, it was a disappointing stay due to cleanliness issues and disruptive incidents.

Bed bugs!!! Had to move rooms!! And the heat was broken my room was freezing!!
