We had such an amazing time here! Beautifully cosy apartments that are very conveniently located, and an awesome owner. Andrea was super helpful and our stay in Sauze was made even better because of him. Thank you Andrea! We’ll definitely be back.

Eccezionale! E il quarto anno che passiamo le nostre 2 settimane di vacanza alle Case Vacanza Perron e siamo stati benissimo come sempre!! Andrea è fantastico, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Gli appartamenti sono belli e comodi, la struttura molto accogliente. Location perfetta: le piste sono vicine, si raggiungono facilmente a piedi, attraversando l'incantevole borgo di Jouvenceaux. In pochi minuti di auto, si raggiungono altri impianti di risalita e altre stazioni di sci molto belle, il paese di Sauze D'Oulx, ristoranti, bar, negozi... Tutto perfetto... Grazie Andrea!!!

Nice apartments in the beautiful little village of Jouvenceaux. Andrea was a great host. He gave us top advice and even booked restaurants for us in Sauze. One slight downside is the distance from Sauze. Not really walkable, but Andrea picked us up on numerous occasions for €15 even in the early hours! There is a ski hire shop opposite and the nearest chair lift is a 10 minute walk through the village. The local Bar made a good stop for a drink or breakfast.

This small apartment hotel is perfect situated a few minutes from Sauze d Oulx in a beautiful area with a great view over the mountains. The ski lift and slopes are right “around the corner”. The beautiful building has 8-10 apartments and the owner/manager is a true service minded and helpful person that does everything to make his guests feel welcome. The building was easy to reach, comfortable with parking right outside and a room next to the entrance for ski equipment. We found the apartment very clean and cozy with a nice view from the windows. The only thing to wish for was the bed, pillows and quilt that could have been softer. We could recommend Case Vacanza Perron to anyone who visit the area.

Location comodissima per la vicinanza agli impianti sciistici. Accogliente la camera dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali. Professionale e cordiale il personale addetto. Ottimi i prodotti forniti per la colazione e per aperitivi scelti con cura nel rispetto del territorio e delle traduzioni.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo trascorso a Case Vacanza Perron una meravigliosa settimana grazie alla splendida posizione, alla bella struttura ed alla camera accogliente e funzionale. Inoltre Andrea è un perfetto padrone di casa, sempre gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Very nice location, close to the ski slopes. The appartment is nice, comfortable and clean. Andrea is a wanderful host! It was our second time at the Case Vacanza Perron, each time for a couple of weeks, and... each time we had a great holiday!!! Thanks Andrea!

Sono anni che torniamo a Case Vacanza Perron perchè ogni volta ci sentiamo come a casa, gli appartamenti sono caldi e accoglienti, spaziosi e dotati di ogni comfort. Qualunque tipo di esigenza e/o richiesta viene soddisfatta da Andrea, il proprietario, che accoglie tutti gli ospiti con tanto entusiasmo ed è molto disponibile, qualità assai rara. La struttura si trova a Jovenceaux, una piccola frazione di Sauze d'Oulx, il paesino è molto caratteristico. E' vicino agli impianti di risalita e durante questa breve passeggiata si può ammirare il borgo con le sue case in pietra, una più bella dell'altra. Ogni tanto viene voglia di andare a visitare un altro luogo, un'altra regione, ma alla fine non ci riusciamo perchè quello che ci da Andrea non lo abbiamo mai trovato da nessuna parte.

From the moment we booked Andrea the host went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and on arrival he made sure that everything was ok, from boot storage, ski hire and even ferrying us to town in the evening. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and pretty well equipped. Jouvenceaux is a pretty little village with a couple of great restaurants and Sauze is just up the hill with plenty going on. We had a brilliant week and would recommend Casa Vacanza.
