The room was renovated from an old factory building. It has both historical traces and modern style. It is fully equipped and clean. The surrounding area is suitable for leisure and relaxation. The service attitude is also good. I have stayed here twice and I like it very much.

The hotel by the Savannah River should be the best local hotel among the regular hotels. The only dissatisfaction is that the management is a bit messy. We have been deducting our credit card at random, and the fee has never been clarified. For a five-star hotel, the cleanliness of our room and hotel service was terrible. As we checked in, we noticed the shampoo and conditioner were half-full from the previous guests. There were crumbs in multiple corners and areas of the room, and even a mini heap of trash in the corner behind the curtains. Housecleaning never changed the bedsheets until we requested them. The bottom drawer where the TV was located was broken. Not worth it at all. This was our first and last time at JW Marriott.
