The room is bright and spacious. But the cleanliness should have been done better than this,. There is also a small spider and some white wall painting dirts at the floor corner. It seems that they do not have a room prepared for the coming checked in guests. Others than that, the hotel is ok. The service is so so, not good or bad. But I don’t really feel a Thai hospitality in the hotel, may be because very few Thai propel working there, only in the spa.

Lovely hotel perched up on the jebel akhdar mountain. Beautiful sunrise from room. Dinner was delicious and breakfast too.

The experience at the hotel was good and the rooms are spacious. The weather was great. A special thanks goes to the Spa team, the chef and to the supportive staff (Mohamed Al Busaidi). Definitely recommend people to visit it! And the adventure park is very exciting for kids.

Very good service Good food It’s very good in all . It was amazing trip and this was my 2nd visit to this hotel. Ngot nice hospitality by Ganesh and Mr. Elsa. I will come refinance time and recommend to my friends and family about this hotel. Mostly staff is very nice

Super hôtel merci à Ganesh pour sa gentillesse. Accrobranche top pour les enfants. Le restaurant est bon les chambres sont correctes. Vous pouvez y aller pour passer de belles vacances en Oman au jabel akdhar pour profiter de températures plus douces

Great stay. Especially the staff Ganesh was so supportive and friendly. Very clean kids friendly place. Will definitely go there again. Breakfast was outstanding spread too. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Swimming pool and other leisure activities

We had a very pleasant stay and the hotel is beautiful. A great place to escape the heat in the summer Ganesh is a wonderful hotel host and helped us tremendously with everything we needed. The food btw is also very good at this hotel and I would recommend the steak night

It was excellent, i enjoyed a lot there. Nice place, view, very comfortable bed, and good organized room. The staff were very helpful specially Mr. Ganesh, he helped us a lot. I recommend this hotel as one of the best, and sure i will come back.
