The hotel does have a grand-presence on Lungomare. Being an older and spacious property does have it's advantages - like having a wide balcony with chairs to gaze out at the exotic Amalfi coast (photo attached). Though Easter time, we were lucky to have a room with a balcony. Conveniently located in a 10-minute walk the the Salerno station, bus-stop or concordia Pier to reach Amalfi. Room was spacious with large cupboards and a small place to cook-meals. A kettle would have been comfortable in the room. Being Asian, I love my warm water and a morning coffee. Breakfast was tasty with some of the local sweet delicacies like Sfogliatella and Conchiglia. I noticed it was spread in way which reduced food-wastage on the table. However, I missed warm sausages or omlette. Would have also liked vegetable salads and cut fruits. A variety of whole fresh fruits were accessible, but sometimes we get lazy to peel and eat an entire fruit :) Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for four days in early July. This resulted in us leaving with the best impressions. There was a lot of politeness and friendliness among the staff. The room was exactly what we wanted and very clean. Our maids cleaned and tidied it every day. Clean towels were provided and bathroom accessories were promptly replaced. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location was perfect!!! We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Naples again. Sophia and Sotiria from Greece

Me, my husband and daughter stayed only 1 night so we could catch the ferry to Amalfi. We arrived at midnight and got in easily and staff was friendly and polite. Room was clean, air conditioning worked great. Beds were a bit hard but we were exhausted and slept well. When arriving, the street was still active and loud so I was pleasantly surprised that once in the room I could hear no outside noise. It was walkable to the ferry and a cool mainstreet. If we had more time, nice shopping and walk to the water. Breakfast was efficient and typical Italin fare.

The hotel is ok, some weird rules around the pool where you are obligated to wear a cap in order to access it. The safe guard is very persistent on keeping this rule. The restaurant was surprisingly better than expected. It takes about 1.5h to reach amalfi by the car from hotel. Hotel has a parking lot which is def a perk. The rooms were ok and clean.

Hotel service is good, there is massage pool and pool, breakfast and dinner are good

The hotel was amazing in every way!! We stayed for 4 nights. The location - close to absolutely everything (5 minutes walk away), the town, the seafront, the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. Ferries from the seafront to other towns - frequent and reasonable. Buses also to other towns. The hotel - so beautiful but practical. Very clean and the staff and owners all so lovely!! Lovely communal areas - the bar, seating outside in the terrace and along the street, the rooftop. The rooftop is a hidden gem with amazing views, a hot tub, sun loungers, bar and seating. The room - the bed was comfortable, the air con worked amazing as our stay at the end of September had temperatures up to 28!! We had a balcony and loved it. Lovely bathroom. Minori - would definitely go back and would not stay anywhere else but at Hotel Sant Lucia! So many places to eat and drink in Minori and lots of little shops in the lanes. We visited the Villa Romana, the basilica, the path of the lemons - you can walk to the next town - Maiori, and took the ferry to Amalfi, which was a lot busier. Minori is just the right amount of relaxing with plenty to do!! My best holiday ever

We stayed here for 10 nights at the end of October/November time. There had been lots of changes with air travel but the hotel accommodated everything for us. We had a suite for the full 10 nights which we can recommend, very comfortable and enough space to move around in when staying for a while. The balcony overlooked the valleys and hills in the distance, and the hotel gardens which are spacious and well kept. Rooms were serviced when requested, and the minibar/fridge was a welcome addition to our comfort. We had a hire car which we were able to park securely at the bottom of the hill from the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a little shop you can pop into on the way to/from the car park which is run by a charming man who will provide sandwiches, lunch items, etc if you want them, as well as other everyday items. Breakfast at the hotel is included, and of a high standard. The restaurant serves high quality food from a small but acceptable menu, and as we were staying for a while we found them very accommodating for making things for us that weren’t on the menu, or changing menu items to our taste (eg no nuts, etc). The food appeared fresh and was cooked and served with care and with friendly and professional service. The chef regularly sent us free appetisers of a high quality too. We were even treated to some wine lessons and recommendations by our knowledgeable host, which was really nice and welcomed by us. The bar was well stocked, and snacks were served with our aperitif every time, sometimes hot from the kitchen and other times nibbles from the local area. We went to a local restaurant (La Foce) a few times too for a bit of variety, and had no problems there or with the hotel doing this. The other restaurant is about 15/20 mins walk away up hill, but downhill coming back! It seems hotel guests often go there, and they looked after us very well too. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some welcome suggestions for things to do, including providing info on the best way to travel the fairly nearby Amalfi Coast by ferry. We had a really nice stay and were able to really relax after the trials and tribulations of the previous year and a half due to covid. We felt safe at this hotel too, and they were well aware of safety measures to reduce any risks for guests and staff. We can wholeheartedly recommend this venue for a relaxing stay with access to the local area. We found it useful to have a car, although there is a regular local bus service too for guests who want to use public transport. This makes the hotel more accessible to all guests even though it is high up on a hill, the views are breathtaking though and make up for needing to travel to get to other areas. It was a wonderful base for us and we will definitely try to go back again. All credit to a wonderful location and to the amazing staff who were always willing to go that extra mile to care for us. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Palazzo Ferraioli In October 2021( so this is a little delayed review) we had a fantastic stay. The staff was very helpful and service minded. And they offered to Cary our luggage up all the stairs arriving in the middle of the night . We were celebrating our 20 year’s wedding anniversary, and both Carmela and Antoinette were very helpful arranging surprises bubbles and fruit in the room when we arrived 🎉😃 the hotel has a fantastic sun terrace on the roof ☀️ Tasteful and varied breakfast where we had smile-full greetings every morning. From the receptions we received nice tips for both trips , hikes and restaurants. Our room was also perfect, and we had a fantastic view . We stayed in the Isabella Rossellini room. We are looking forward to our next stay in this super hotel
