Based on the lovely pictures and reviews on booking, we booked "a bungalow " for our family holiday. Never imagined that the bungalow will be the thight mobile house (see the construction in white and green). It sleeps 4 but you can barely called a holiday house since has thin mdf walls and is barely space to cook meal or a proper bathroom to prepare for beach or entertain children indoors. After a day, we had to look for better accommodation and we been charged for a week (1020€), despite spending 2 nights there and beeing told that they could easily find guests for thd bungalow. The cancellation fee is chosen by business owner not booking, and so I learned never to trust any business without free cancellation. It seems that I cannot write a review on ***********, due to my cancellation and I will add a review anywhere I can, to make sure that others don'f get fooled by this Charlie .

Essendo residenti all'estero,almeno una volta all'anno ci piace trascorrere le vacanze estive nel"Bel Paese" da nord a sud,in lungo e in largo.Quest'anno abbiamo avuto il piacere di trovare alloggio e ospitalità presso la struttura "Tortuga".Per noi era la prima volta che pernottavamo in un complesso del genere e col passare del tempo,più stavamo lí e più ci sentivavamo come a casa.Io sono un brontolone di natura,ma raramente mi sono sentito cosí a mio agio come in questa struttura!!Atmosfera tranquilla,piscina di fronte al Bungalow ideale per tenere sotto controllo i propri bambini mentre sguazzano in acqua.Abbiamo gia malinconia della colazione che facevamo seduti sulla veranda con vista piscina.Ma il"piatto forte" della struttura sono senza ombra di dubbi(secondo il nostro punto di vista)i proprietari(Sandra,Lele e Charlie)Persone sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa!Mancava qualcosa nella casetta e max.il giorno dopo ce lo procuravano o riparavano a seconda delle necessità.Chiedevamo consigli su dove cenare bene e subito dopo veniva già riservato un tavolo x noi e al nostro arrivo,ci veniva offerto un prosecco e alla fine della cena ci veniva fatto pure lo sconto!Normalmente non andiamo mai a fare le ferie dove abbiamo trascorso le ultime,ma in questa struttura ci torneremo sicuramente(sempre se i proprietari ci vorranno ospitare)😀👍👍Da consigliare vivamente!!
