This hotel is right in the center of the town. Restaurants and shops are just steps away.
Hotel design is cool and modern.
For the shower, the water pressure is great, so much more enjoyable with the head rain forest shower type.

The hotel’s location is very good, the mountains surround the scenic town, but every summer there is the largest classical music festival in Europe. The hotel is right next to the city hall in the city center, next to the pedestrian street, convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. Large parking spaces. The staff is very kind, the room is very comfortable and I slept very well.

Everything was great! Great food, rooms were very clean, underfloor heating (!), renovated, great spa, gym... very nice staff... everything was great. Apart from a young lady at breakfast (who "ran away" from me when I wanted to ask her a question... rude), from our point of view it is worth a 5* hotel...

A wonderful place to stay, quirky modern twist with traditional Austrian style. The hotel staff were amazing, very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is located in the heart of town great for access to ski lifts, shops and bars. Will definitely be heading back 😜

The price-performance ratio for the drinks is completely inadequate. We ordered Aperol Soda once and Campari Soda once, and got less than 1/8 l... and this small amount consisted mainly of water... And all of that for €15!!!! Across the street in Café NIEDERL we got the same order in double the amount for half the price, and here in Graz the quality and quantity of the same order is completely different...

We stayed for 4 nights with the purpose of great skiing. The room was modern and clean. We went to the spa everyday after skiing and it was great with different saunas and a relaxing area. Also the view from the outdoor pool was stunning. We took the half board which was the best decision since both the breakfast and dinner was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

We liked the hotel! The spa area is small but very nice! The pool looks great! We also really enjoyed the sushi! Great breakfast! Service was very courteous! Rooms are nicely decorated! Great location! Recommended!

A great hotel with incredibly good staff. Greetings to Markus and all the other employees. We went on a skiing holiday with the family and it was absolutely perfect. Great food, great service. What else can I say other than that it was fantastic.

Stayed here for four nights while skiing. It is an upgraded, nice hotel with its own sushi bar outside on the street. There is also free parking at site with charging possibility. Service at the hotel was good and efficient, no complaints there. The room was new, clean, spacious enough and it had a great bathroom eith a very nice shower. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choice, we also had dinner one night which was very nice. The pool on the roof was amazing to use with a wonderful view of the city and the ski slopes. The sauna was also quite solid. All together, an excellent hotel in city centre.
