"Lovely hotel, we found the staff friendly and helpful, especially the dining room staff. It was nice that there was a games room for teenagers to use, so us parents could have a little break. The food was good, as a vegetarian there was always something for me to have, maybe if there was a pasta too, there would be another vegetarian choice to have, but I certainly didn't go without. Our children are a bit fussy with food, but they always found something to eat and breakfasts were really good. Bar prices were reasonable, rooms were spacious and the area was lovely. I think people need to realise that it's a relaxed hotel, you can't get everything instantly, bar staff take time to chat a little with customers, not robotically serve, but I liked that about the place. I'm hoping we can get to visit again sometime, thanks for a great stay!"

"My family and I stayed at Zirngast summer 2023, booking 3 rooms. The instructions for key collections were clear, communication was good and we felt welcomed. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent and easy parking. In a nutshell, a very happy stay! "Das bleibt is a brand new accommodation with various holiday apartments of different sizes. The apartments are very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The whole house smells wonderful. The owners and staff are very attentive and helpful. Everyone received lovely gifts at Christmas, and even upon departure, we were given a small glass water bottle. The location is fantastic. There's a bakery across the street, and many restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Planai gondola is about 10 minutes away and easily reachable on foot. We simply rented a ski locker at the station because we were too lazy to carry our skis and ski boots all the time. Das bleibt also has its own ski lockers, so nothing can go missing. The walk is no problem for adults. We will definitely be back next year, as the accommodation, the ski area, and the town of Schladming are a fantastic combination."

"We had apartment 14. All apartments are privately owned and managed by the Hotel Erzherzog Johann, where we also check in. Generally, the apartment was good, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Five dishwasher tablets for a self-catering family of four is debatable, but okay. I'm also aware that we traveled during the most expensive period (over New Year's Eve), but the beds should have been correspondingly comfortable. The mattresses were more like hammocks, and bed linen and a set of thin towels were charged an additional €130. These are conditions like those in a youth hostel, and that's for 7 days for €3,500. I personally find that quite cheeky."
