Fabulous hotel opposite the lifts, an ideal location. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfasts and evening meals were tasty, freshly made and with plenty of choices for every taste. A lovely atmosphere in the bar area, with just the best barmaid - Anita. She couldn’t do enough for us all and her personality shines! Ivan was a great guy too. We all loved our stay, thank you.

L'unica critica è relativa al panorama, le camere non si affacciano sulle montagne circostanti; la moderna soluzione del bagno non rispetta la privacy, ma queste sono considerazioni miei personali che non inficiano il parere positivo. Top Standort Blick auf die WM Abfahrt (2013), die Gondel (Planai) ist 50 m vom Hotel entfernt. Après Ski für Junge in der Tenne, für Jung und Ältere im Platzhirsch im Radius 20-100 m). Der hübsche Ort mit Fußgängerzone, Altstadtkern, guten Geschäften und Restaurants ist fussläufig in 5 min erreichbar, Salzburg 1 Std mit dem Auto. Skiverleih und Servicegeschäfte 20 m entfernt bom Hotel. Das Hotel Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort (und immer gerne noch einmal). TOP Service - motiviertes nettes Personal, meine Laktoseintoleranz wurde perfekt von den Köchen mit sehr guten Alternativen umgesetzt. Das Essen ist vielfältig, reichhaltig und exzellent. Die Bar lädt zum Absacker ein. Auf den Dach ist ein Saunabereich (Dampfbad, Infrarotsauna innen) außen auf dem Dach ist eine finnische Sauna und Liegestühle. Der Blick auf die Alpine Abfahrt und in die Weiten über die Stadt und auf andere Bergzüge ist genial. Aber auch innen sind großzügige Liege-/Ruheräume und ein schöner großer Duschbereich. Alles sauber, geschmackvoll und weiträumig. Bei schlechtem Wetter wird unkompliziert nach Gastwunsch auch schon um 13:30 die Sauna angeschaltet. Die Zimmer sind groß, mit separater Toilette, das Waschbecken ist im Zimmer integriert, die große Dusche hat eine Milchglastür, ansonsten von Wänden umgeben. Mit Regendusche und separatem Duschschlauch. Stauraum für 1 Woche/2 Personen ausreichend, Safe vorhanden. Kühlschrank kann geordert werden. TG für PKW vorhanden gegen Entgelt. Skikeller mit Schlössern für die Skier und Schuhheizungen, Zugang von Außen und innen nur mit codierter Zimmerkarte. Preis-/Leistung dieses Hotels passt absolut. Das Skigebiet ist auch super und mit schönen Hütten, die Talabfahrt bestens präpariert.

Schönes Familienhotel mit großzügigen Zimmern, direkt an der Planai gelegen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen perfekten Blick auf den Zielhang. Während des Night Race kann man die Dachterrasse nutzen um das Rennen zu verfolgen. In direkter Reichweite liegt das Hohenhaus Tenne zum feiern.

Superb location for ski gondola. Very large rooms, which is unusual for Austrian ski hotels, a small improvement would be bedside cabinets instead of the small shelves. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Gabor and Anita behind the bar. Food in general was very nice, although it was all buffet, including the dinner main course. This is a modern hotel so don’t expect the traditional Austrian alpine decor however facilities were very good with a sauna, steam room and infrared cabin on the roof terrace. It also has a naked room for relaxing with wonderful views - of the Planai slopes. For skiers it also has a large boot room with integrated lockable ski racks (I have never seen this in any other ski hotel) and also boot warmer racks.

This is a large, efficiently run hotel right opposite the ski slopes and almost next to the main ski lift. It's also directly across the street from an enormous Apres Ski 'palace'. The hotel has a nice rooftop, large spa area and great places to sit and relax overlooking the slopes. Breakfast was also great for a day of skiing ahead.
