Das Hotel ist erstklassig. Alles ist perfekt abgestimmt, jede*r arbeitet für die Entspannung der Gäste. Dadurch, dass das Personal selbst sehr entspannt wirkt, überträgt sich das auf die Gäste. Wünsche werden einem vonnöten Lippen abgelesen, alles ist super sauber und das Personal ist wahnsinnig gut über die Gäste informiert.

Wir waren als Paar für 3 Nächte in der günstigste Zimmerkategorie. Das gesamte Hotel mit Spa, Fitness und Gastro ist ein Traum. Allerdings war unser Zimmer sehr dunkel und hatte einen ernüchternden Ausblick auf eine Gartenhecke und benachbartes Gebäude. Für den Preis habe ich viel mehr erwartet. Leider konnte unserem Wunsch nach einem anderem Zimmer nicht entsprochen werden.

Trotz regem Mailverkehr gingen die gewünschten SPA-Termine vergessen. Dies wurde aber vor Ort in Rekordzeit korrigiert und alles war gut. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und man wurde gut umsorgt. Die Küche wie der Service waren vorzüglich und kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.

Top Lage. Sehr schöne Anlage. Beratung an der Rezeption zu Tickets für das Schloss Neuschwanstein, Aufstieg Zugspitze sowie Umrandung Forggensee mangelhaft. Viele Informationen wurden nicht mitgeteilt bzw. z.T. Fehlinformationen gegeben. Keine Auskunft zu Auswirkungen des Hochwassers in der näheren Umgebung. Sehr gutes und hochwertiges Frühstück und Abendessen. Bedienung im Restaurant teilweise sehr ernst. Ein Lächeln zur Begrüßung wäre schön gewesen. Sehr wenig Trink- und Snackmöglichkeiten im Spa Bereich. Bei der Preiskategorie nicht konkurrenzfähig zu anderen Hotels. Sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer. Sauberer spa Bereich. Sehr großzügiger und schön angelegter Außenbereich.

Wir wurden wahnsinnig herzlich begrüßt. Die Herzlichkeit und die absolute Fokussierung auf das Wohlbefinden des Gastes, ob jetzt im Restaurant, an der Rezeption, das Housekeeping, in der Lilien-Lounge oder im Spa waren überwältigend. Wir konnten den Alltag hinter uns lassen. Vielen Dank!

Ich hatte wieder ein Zimmer im Haus Edelweiß. Es war sehr ruhig und angenehm, das Bett war wunderbar und der Schlaf tief und fest. Das Essen war hervorragend, innovativ. In der Bar konnte man den Abend schön ausklingen lassen. Alle weiteren Angebote wie Trainings, Spa und Schwimmbereich waren super!

Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und einfach geniessen. Auch an unserem 10-Jährigen Hochzeitstag gab es spezielle Tischdeko und im Zimmer wunderschöne Rosen. Das Essen war SENSATIONELL. Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass an einem Tag das Zimmer nicht gemacht wurde und wir vergessen wurden. Aber ansonsten alles top.
