"We wrote an email direct to the hotel & asked for a room with a direct view to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The hotel has upgraded us to the best room with a direct view to the castle, it was a suite! It’s definitely the best room available.
The Reception Lady is very friendly and helpful.
However the room amenities are very poor except liquid bath soap no others are provided ( no shampoo, no body cream, no shower caps etc ).
We received welcome drinks vouchers but it can only be redeemed between 18:00 - 20:00, no soft drinks, no coffee, no beers! I assume, it’s a pitfall so the guests would have dinner at the same time."
"Very nice hotel in a perfect location to visit castles around. Spa has a stunning view. We stayed in Jagerhouse that was the older one, you have to cross the street for a breakfast or spa, but the building itself is very nice, even on the older side.
There is a spacious parking, even though it is paid - for the location and the room rate it could be included. Also, 10 eur extra to use SPA after check in seemed weird and limiting, especially because SPA isn't open till late."
"We were very well served by the restaurant staff, as well as by a young man at the reception, but otherwise we were disappointed by the sense of welcoming the rest of the staff. Some even did not take the demand to answer our goodbye, as this is for people to be welcomed."
"This is a hotel that integrates restaurants and hotels. The restaurant on the first floor is the guest room upstairs. There are free parking spaces, but there are not many parking spaces (but I don't know if the parking space across the road is not it), it should be first come first stop. There is a good supermarket more than 100 meters away. Very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle attraction, it is only three or four kilometers. The location is still very good.
There is no elevator, the room is relatively clean, and the bathroom is spacious enough. If you remember correctly, there should be no air conditioning, but the weather was already cold when we came here, and air conditioning was not used."

"The breakfast at the hotel is a German-style breakfast. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can go to Fussen Town, where there is a Chinese restaurant, but to be honest, there is a big parking lot on the side of the hotel to park, forgetting Do not charge, when leaving the store, the front desk staff will be very enthusiastic to send you the hotel's refrigerator to you, haha, there are photos of Neuschwanstein, there is no need to go to the scenic area to buy"
"Bringing a child with an extra bed charged 12 Euros. After paying tax on Ctrip, I was asked to pay the tax at the front desk. Living is equivalent to more than one thousand, but the facilities and equipment are quite old, and I feel that it is not worth the price. Of course, the scenery is still very good, you can see the Neuschwanstein Castle in the distance, and it is right by the lake. It is very pleasant to take a walk by the lake after dinner. There is also a children’s play area. The children have a good time. The room has a balcony and a door Eyes full of green, very fun of farmhouse. The charges are unreasonable."
"I would recommend this hotel. The hotel very peaceful, I like it. At first floor also have a restaurant. But here have no elevator so please careful to request high floor if you have a big luggage 😅 The staff so kind and nice to give you advice and always take care. This hotel have a good area not faraway from train and bus station. You can get the free tickets to use public transport in the city and leave your luggage to explore the city before check-in time."
"The room was very clean, we arrived very late, the front desk sent an email to confirm the time, a pregnant mother waited for us to 10 o'clock, a little sad, but she was still very warm, very nice, although the decoration is old, wins in clean"
