Das Zimmer war hervorragend und top ausgestattet. Das Nachtessen war abwechslungsreich und ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war ok, teilweise waren die Waren jedoch nicht frisch. Der Service war mittelmässig. Vor allem bei der Ankunft hatte man uns länger warten lassen, ohne dass wir wussten, wie es nun weitergeht (keine Infos zum Mittagessen erhalten, welches inkl. war und gerade serviert worden wäre). Das Wellness war für uns enttäuschend. Die Innenbereiche sind alt und schlecht belüftet. Die Ruhezonen sind ringhörig, Ruhe ist so kaum zu geniessen. Der Aussenbereich hat sehr schön ausgesehen, konnte aber aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht genutzt werden.

Nothing less than five stars- we loved everything about Das Rubezahl! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we were charmed. Room: We were instantly checked in and taken to our beautiful first floor junior deluxe suite- which had a living room separate from the bedroom and a balcony with a panoramic view of the castles. It was BEAUTIFUL. No A/C, like others have said, but the temperature was mild enough to leave the door open for cool air. The bed was comfy, spa shower was hot and doubled as a wonderful clothes steamer when needed. The toilet room was separate from the shower and down the hall a ways for more privacy. Meals: We purchased the half board package so we had dinner and breakfast before checking out. Dinner was the best meal we’ve had since being in Europe. Four courses, all perfection. Drinks were also amazing. Breakfast was a buffet with everything you could want- options for some cooked things (sausage, pancakes, omelets etc). Everyone at the hotel was SO kind and English was spoken well hotel wide. We are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks for the marmalade upon check out!

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit herausragenden Service. Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das reichhaltige Angebot beim Frühstück; weiterhin das Zimmer wie auch die Lage des Hotels. Weiterer positiver Punkt sind die angebotenen Park- und (falls notwendig) Lademöglichkeiten.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel an traumhafter, ruhiger Lage. Ausserordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Gemütliches Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr grosser und wunderschöner Wellness-Bereich. Ein grosses Dankeschön an das gesamte Rübezahl-Team! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen, zuvorkommendes Personal, Blick auf Schlösser, lecker Frühstück und Abendessen. Tolle Weinkarte und gut sortierte Bar. Wellness sieht einladend aus, hatten leider keine Zeit, es zu nutzen. Danke für die süsse Geburtstagsüberraschung! Wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Besuch in diesem schönen Hotel!

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was very kind and informative, the room was clean with a comfortable bed and a great view of the castles. I loved the balcony with the sauna and the jet tub in the bathroom. The restaurant had great food with a decent selection. Hotel is just a short distance from main attractions and hiking trails. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Das Zimmer war war sehr gut gelegen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer aus. Die Bewirtung war sehr gut. Eine herrliche Landschaft und ein sehr schöner Ort zum entspannen.

Vorweg möchte ich erwähnen, das ich geschäftlich in mindestens 10-15 4 Sterne Hotels im Jahr in ganz Deutschland verweile. Meine Frau und ich waren im Mai für 5 Tage zu Gast im Das Rübezahl. Man bemerkt sofort, das Hotel wird mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft geführt. Die gesamte Mannschaft ist sehr Aufmerksam, Zuvorkommend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Angefangen von den Feinheiten der Einrichtung, der absolut genialen Lage, bis hin zum sehr guten und leckeren Essen, können wir nur gutes Berichten und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus. Wir werden jedenfalls definitiv wiederkommen ;)

Es gab nichts, was aus unserer Sicht hätte besser sein sollen. Vom Empfang über die Einrichtung , das Essen , die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter bis zum Service war alles perfekt! Man sollte sich die Zeit nehmen, sich selbst einen Eindruck zu einzuholen.
