This hotel is located between the station and the space needle. It was convenient for our trip. The hotel was clean and quiet, so we enjoyed staying there.

Location perfect, however facility extremely run down. I’m home suffering with welts from the hot tub. No hot water in shower. No one available to fix. Charged for parking by hotel and “ separate company” for parking. Two night stay and now I’ll have to spend hours on the phone to have my billing adjusted hoping I’ll be successful. Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing.

The sink and bathtub didn't drain well, so it was very inconvenient to the point of wanting to move the hotel. It was to the point that it was uncomfortable to brush my teeth.

Nice place, bathroom feels very small. And no elevator in the parking area, also hotels attededs pay for parking and we had to park on the very top do to others parking that where not staying at the hotel.

Loved the 12th floor view, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, pool and hot tub, central location and parking garage. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Seattle!
