JJiarucongweiyujianTo enter the parking garage, you need to ring a bell to call the front desk. After that, you can just use your room card for entry and exit. It's close to Hua University and there's a subway, but we didn't use it. There's a food street nearby, but the food was just so-so. You'll still need to use Yelp to find highly-rated local restaurants. There's a bottle of yellow water in the room that you can refill on the first floor.

TTineChanThe hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

YYang XiaonanGreat Location in downtown. It was easy to walk or jump on public transport to go wherever we wanted. Very clean, with a very young and hip vibe. Rooms were well taken care of and had everything we needed. Hotel prices were not expensive for what we got, great value! Parking was a little spendy, but a huge chunk of that was taxes so we would have paid it at other lots as well. No restaurant on site, but they did have a coffee bar with pastries and sandwiches. Across the street was an inexpensive coffee shop with great breakfast options too. We would definitely go back!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!!
The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle.
Bathroom was nice.
There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room.
Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy.

JJoanne ReynonI didn't realize this was attach to The Virginia mason hospital so there was a wheelchair in the hallway and also medical staff was going through the hotel as well. It was a fair place to stay but wouldn't recommend a leisure stay.

GGuest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
