TTineChanThe hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters. The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

GGuest UserThis is a great value option among the upscale hotels within walking distance of Pike Place Market. We arrived at 10 AM and they let us check in immediately and gave us our room key, which saved us the hassle of storing our luggage. We were able to freshen up and head straight to Pike Place Market! The hotel is also conveniently located just a block away from Din Tai Fung and Haidilao, both reachable within a 5-minute walk!

CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

HhanamarunrunThe location was good, not far from the station. The staff were really friendly and made my stay very pleasant. I thought breakfast was a bit overpriced, but overall, it was a good experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

GGuest UserI like how it is right in the centre. The self check in was so efficient however there was no information about where to get the breakfast- for what time etc. same for other amenities too. I booked with breakfast included the guy at the front desk maybe in early 30s to mid 40s told us that the breakfast will be the room across the reception but when we went there they were still charging customers even from the hotel so the information about breakfast is misleading. We ended up not having breakfast despite paying for it on top of that 30 mins before our official check out the key card stopped working. The misleading information was very frustrating as I paid for the service and didnt even get it.

GGuest UserThey upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.

GGuest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
