Where to begin? Having booked a partial ocean view, we also got a partial what looked like a dump or landfill view. See photos. An extra bonus was that the hotel is right adjacent to the rail road tracks that are quite active. The trains go frequently, and they run all night. This occurred 3 nights in a row, so not an anomaly. We requested an additional luggage rack at check in. After 4 more requests, it showed up 24 hours later. Overall, the staff seem to have minimal or little training in the hospitality industry. Not a lot of follow through or attention to customer service. We were notified ed at check in there is a new $25/dollar per room “fee”. It cannot be considered a resort fee, as this is far from a resort. But, for that fee you’ll get a candy bar and bottle of water in a brown paper sack. Apparently this fee also lets you use the workout faculty add pool. This are normally included in the cost of a room. Not really sure what the “ fee” is for. We had different explanations from each staff member. As the hotel is directly in front of the cruise line terminal, the restaurant and lobby area are completely overrun when the ships arrive early in the morning. Also, on three weekend the Club/ Lounge is open, but there is nothing put out, leaving you reliant on the Restaurant that just had a cruise ship empty into it. I’
