Great
GGuest UserOverall good hostel, it’s quite old but well reserved. The GF area reception is very nice decorated. The stuff is super friendly and helpful and even took me on a hostel tour. The rooms are simple with comfy beds and curtains, i love the staircase to the upper bed and they provide you with 2 towels. The only thing i would say needs improvement in the room is the heater that makes noise and that there are no curtains for the windows. The showers and toilets could use some renovation. Location is very good with plenty of restaurants and very close to the wheel, needle , Christmas and pike market, but watch out at night as the area is a bit doggy.

Great
WwhtlsdudI experienced a lot of difficulties during check-in because the pre check-in form was not sent in advance. I couldn't even enter the building and had to handle everything alone outside late at night. Although it wasn't very clean, I think it's a reasonably priced accommodation for Seattle. It was comfortable.
GGuest UserI loved the room—it was big and spacious. The location was also great, and the breakfast was good. However, the check-in process could be improved. There was only one staff member at the front desk despite many guests waiting, and I had to wait over 30 minutes to complete the check-in.
GGuest UserWe had a decent stay at the house. The room is pretty small but it is clean. The common area are nice with dinner table and chairs, but only have 1 living room chair. Kitchen is nice and clean, unfortunately, there were some issues with ants in the kitchen. The major issue with the house is the noise.. as the wall are very thin which when any other guest walking in the common area or talking in their rooms, you pretty much can hear everything. The common area lights are motion sensitive and unfortunately the door gap in our room are bigger than normal, as anyone walks in the hallway, our door frames would lights up at night and wake me up at night. We didn't get too good of a sleep/rest for this reason.
JJeremy SamGood and comfortable hotel, breakfast is fine but typical US hotel fare. Only real downside is that the walls appear to be made from cardboard, neighbours and upper floor footsteps are very noticeable.
LLucien P. FantkeGood and easy check in. No apparent lift to second floor level. Easy parking. A little simple breakfast. Good location not too far from alki beach and comparably good price.
PParkDaehanEven though reviews toward this guest house, which were shown in Google, are rather low, I am satisfied with overall features in the house. Especially if you like using public transportation such as buses and trains in Seattle, the location of the house is rather good. It only takes 10-20 minutes from the house to downtown in Seattle. Also, though the size of the room is rather small, but also it was also enough to sleep. However, the drawback in the house is that you can hear the noises from the other rooms. If you are super-sensitive to hearing noises, then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are not sensitive to it, then probably it would be fine.
FFiona5No staff onsite before 3pm so don’t arrive early. Offered check-in before midnight. Looks more like a motel than a hotel. Facilities are pretty old but overall it was quiet and there was no issue.
