Amazing
AAnonymous UserI was on a business trip to the US, and the location was fantastic. It's about a 15-minute walk to Pike Place Market. The hotel's own parking lot was full, but there's a public parking garage right next door, which was convenient. The breakfast was much more substantial than what you usually find at American hotels – at least I left feeling full! The room wasn't huge, but it had a kitchen and a desk, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a great choice.

Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel looks a little dated and there’s a smell in the corridor. However, the room was super clean, toilet is big with a lot of counter space and so clean too!!! The bed was the best, super comfortable! Had such a good sleep. There is also a lot of space to open your luggage. Also love that it is floor rather than carpet. Makes it feel much cleaner. There’s a microwave in the room which makes it so convenient to heat up food. Location wise, it’s near a Supermarket and the area felt safe. Overall, a super comfortable stay, will definitely return!
GGuest UserWe ended up not staying there; we canceled our trip entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through trips.com. But trips.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use trips.com again, either. Thanks
PPeelyFabulous find! I
In the perfect place on Pioneer square.
Excellent price, and free upgrade to king size room. Amazing complimentary breakfast.
Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming and the front desk is always open.
Catch the Link light Rail from the car park at Seattle Tacoma airport and it’s only 3 dollars each to get down to Pioneer Square!
When you exit the train station look down the road towards the ferry port and you can see the hotel at the bottom on the left!

Great
GGuest UserParking charges at hotel premises is very costly at USD61 per night including all relevant charges/taxes. There is a open space public carpark just next to the hotel costs only USD30 including charges/taxes. Nevertheless, hotel location is good and easily accessible by walking to many shops and places to eat. Importantly, hotel surrounding is safe.
GGuest UserThe overall ambiance was lovely and very cozy, and the staff were very friendly. However, the day after checking in on August 1st, I received a text message notification that the elevator was out of order. Thankfully, I was on the second floor, so it wasn't a huge issue then. But by the time I checked out on August 6th, it still hadn't been fixed. With luggage and an early flight to catch, this became quite inconvenient.
Cleanliness and attention to detail also need improvement. Rooms were cleaned every other day, and I left a $5 tip each time, but the cleaning staff even left a cleaning rag in the bathroom.
One major drawback was the noise from being close to the road. On the first night, we heard fire engine sirens three times, but it was fine on subsequent nights. Overall, though, it's very convenient for getting around, and popular attractions are within walking distance.

Very Good
DDavidThe location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days!
I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle!
One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.
JJeffreyyyyyyyLocation was really nice but Downtown Seattle was not really much of fun place to hang around… (bummer) Nonetheless, room condition was good (of course it is old hotel so all the facilities were not in new-new condition) and they did have bathtub in the bathroom.
