3-Star Hotels in Seattle

The hotel looks a little dated and there’s a smell in the corridor. However, the room was super clean, toilet is big with a lot of counter space and so clean too!!! The bed was the best, super comfortable! Had such a good sleep. There is also a lot of space to open your luggage. Also love that it is floor rather than carpet. Makes it feel much cleaner. There’s a microwave in the room which makes it so convenient to heat up food. Location wise, it’s near a Supermarket and the area felt safe. Overall, a super comfortable stay, will definitely return!

I should have discovered this gem earlier. I visited Seattle for 5D4N but discovered this place incidentally and only stayed 2 nights. Fabulous! Very clean and tidy, staff very helpful and nice. The room is functional with everything I needed (except I was provided with a kettle only upon request). Price very good. Location also good, between the Space Needle and Pike Market. There're quite some homeless people and druggies around the bus stop nearly in front of the hotel but I was not that afraid as they were not offensive to passers by.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews. The building is old, but it's a charming hotel with many thoughtful touches. I rented a bicycle from them, which was very convenient. There are also Lime electric bikes available in the city, making Seattle's hills and distances much less daunting. However, flushing the toilet produced a very loud noise and a blast of air. The in-room TV connection was poor, so it didn't work. Maintenance came quickly and got the TV to turn on, but I couldn't change channels afterwards, possibly due to a faulty remote. It was frustrating, and I ended up not watching it at all. Perhaps because of this inconvenience, they didn't charge me the resort fee.

Hotel is Conveniently located near Line 1 - U District Station , only about 6 minutes walk to hotel from train station. We took Line 1 from airport to U District station. Hotel room is clean , spacious and nice and fits 2 queen size beds. Beds are also comfortable.  There is also complementary breakfast . Safeway supermarket and eateries are all nearby . Easy to take Line 1 to do sightseeing .

I really liked the room layout; the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom all looked very clean. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the American-style options were quite tasty. The neighborhood where the hotel is located felt very safe, and it wasn't far to walk to the light rail and supermarket. The only downsides were the noise: one was from cars speeding outside, and the other was a strange sound from the indoor air conditioning. Overall, it's still a very good hotel!

The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

We ended up not staying there; we canceled our trip entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through trips.com. But trips.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use trips.com again, either. We had a fantastic stay at the SpringHill Suites Seattle South Lake Union ☺️ The room was very nice, clean and modern, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the large shower was a great bonus. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the busy downtown areas, which made it the perfect location to explore the city while still enjoying a quieter atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Close to the Space Needle. Our room was facing it which was great! Breakfast is okay but always difficult to get a table.
