I am booking Corner Two Queen Room but somebody in the room😰. Maybe housekeeping in the midnight. Then we must back to reception for change another room. Finally We get another Two queen Room with parking garage view. Room clean, spacious space. 2 Water bottle with coffee maker. Strategic location. Just walked 5mins to Pike place market.

My group of 4 decided to go to the roof top bar (FogRoom) at approx 5:30. There were 5 tables along the window / water side that were vacant. I asked to sit at 1 table with my group and I was told they were all reserved. We sat at the table they gave us and were there for approx 1hr 10 min and no one came in to use any of the tables. None of the tables had reserved sign's on them. As we left, I asked the hostess about the tables again and she remarked that maybe there was a no-show. I said for all the tables, and she smirked and - "yeah, I guess". The entire bar was maybe 1/4 full if that. I will never return to the "fog room".

Great location for seeing the iconic sites of Seattle, many in walking distance. Close to public transportation. Hotel was clean. Restaurant had a very good breakfast offering. Air conditioning was an issue we had in that the fan would come on and off every minute or so. Found that turning fan to low speed would correct that issue but it took a day to figure out. We did have a clogged toilet one morning and the staff was very slow to respond, especially since we were needing to get ready for the day and need the toilet working properly. It took 3 phone calls to get someone to come and it took about 30-40 minutes of waiting.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff were all helpful and genuinely nice. Special thanks to Sarah who went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Didn’t care for the restaurants at the hotel. Seattle streets in the surrounding area are not the cleanest but some great restaurants close by and Pikes Market.

Hotel staff treated my husband and I very well. Our upgraded room was hugh, dining room, huge bathroom with a stand alone tub,and with a corner view of downtown and pike market. We had breakfasts in the restaurant and it was incredible with unique items. We were going on an Alaska cruise and came in a few days early would highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was pain , no room service , restaurant on site is over priced for what you get and had few options . Front desk was always very busy . Had a furnace smoking my out room , called down nobody came . End up shutting off the heat in the room .Will pass on this hotel next time in town . Back to the fairmont.
