Great hotel, friendly staff. Trip.com has one error though — there is no pool. Recently renovated, very clean, great views of Lake Union; underground parking. Staff are professional and welcoming.

It is really a good place, it’s next to the down town and it’s convenient to go anywhere

Location is very close to everywhere. The service is awesome, the reception free upgrade our room to a lake view room. The 24 hours gym is nice and full of different kind of equipments.

We booked a one night layover at this hotel. The location is perfect, in walking distance to all business, commercial and local attractions. The South Lake Union is just steps away. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded our room to lake view with no additional charge. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again on our next a Seattle visit.

I came to see my son. This hotel is right next to his apartment. It is very new and very clean overall. I will stay for 10 days. Because of the price, I booked two room types, one with a king bed and one with a lake view. The room space is suitable, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the water supply is good, and it is comfortable in the rain; it should be noted that the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, so you need to bring your own. The power sockets are all American style and require conversion sockets. Catering service is not included in the room rate, but there is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order meals from the menu. The most important thing is that the gym is super professional! Parking fee is additional, $40 per day

Good location, cleaning not done daily, this is not good. However, the staff were courteous and polite. Moderate prices.

Very quiet and convenient transportation around

Location is convenient for us as we are pretty much spending most of our time downtown. Quiet just by the lake. Would have give it a higher rating of they can improve on the cleanliness of their beddings. Found a couple very noticeable stains on a few of their pillow case and there is a faint smell of smoke too. The staff that I met at check-in was very nice but the other staff was not too friendly. Was asking for price of an item from their convenient store and the staff there was busy doing inventory and not very willing to help. Called to asked for 2 extra pillows and right after I hung up, they called back and ask if we wanted pillows or blankets? If you are travelling with young kids, may want to consider a more kids friendly location. Requested if they have bed railings but they replied saying they only have cribs and there are nothing they can arrange for us. Our room is for 2 adults and 2 kids, we added a surcharge for breakfast and parking. Did not notice that the surcharge we paid only includes breakfast for 2 adults, they included a $20 food and beverage credit which we can use towards the kids breakfast but a strawberry cup is already $9...... Overall experience is ok but did not quite meet our expectations.

Beautiful clean nicely located hotel. The food was expensive but there is other options near by like Starbucks for a cheaper breakfast. Parking was also expensive but to be expected for the area! Definitely recommend

We stayed one night for our 56th anniversary. The staff was welcoming and the facility was modern and well maintained. Walking distance to parks, museum and restaurnts.

We had a beautiful view of Lake Union and the city lights from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They don’t take dogs - they are the only major hotel in central Seattle that does not allow dogs.

This is definitely going to become our go-to place to stay when we come in to Seattle. Check in was swift and incredibly friendly. Parking was easy and very reasonable, especially when combined with a breakfast pass. And, breakfast was delicious! We loved our comfortable bed and lovely room with a spectacular view of Lake Union. The neighborhood was easily accessible and very quiet.

The rooms were uncomfortable, paper thin bedding. Spare blanket was crusty and old. Because I booked thru ******* they can’t help with trouble shooting..there was no microwave. The couch was hard as a rock!
