Great hotel with cute rooms. Would highly recommend! Nice restaurant downstairs. The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and pike market. Will definitely be staying here again!

Allowed to check in super early after our cruise. Comfortable room. Cool restaurant I had a medical problem and Amanda on night shift went above and beyond. Drove me and my wife to local hospital. Truly appreciated. Smaller hotel but made a big impression. Strongly recommended

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to point us in the direction of most of local places to have dinner. We did valet and the process was fast and friendly. They use a texting system for any questions you may have or to call your car from valet which was probably the most user friendly system I’ve seen in place. The only down size was the elevators are pretty small so you do end up waiting quite a bit during busy times (check in/out). The room was clean and comfortable and felt very upgraded.

An excellent location with friendly, helpful staff. Easy walking to the monorail. Straight down the road to Pike Place as well. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I guess trip advisor requires that I say more so I get to two hundred characters.

Lovely historic hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Bathroom was nice. Great location. Easy to get to from airport and train

Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Seattle perfect for a pre-cruise stay. Location can’t be beat, walking distance to many tourist destinations. Modern, clean rooms with plenty of space. Will stay again on future Seattle visits.
