1.房間裏面沒有冰箱
2.浴室沒有洗漱用品，固定在牆上沐浴品罐子都是空的，居然沒有補
3.一進室內空氣不清新，很不舒服
4.訂的最貴的天際線景觀房，居然衹給7樓的樓層
5.房間小不舒服
6.前台服務非常好，是這家酒店唯一值得誇讚的地方！
總結：不會再入住這家酒店，也不推薦

The hotel was lovely, and it was right beside the station. Very near the university as well. The service was nothing special, as we tried requesting for things and they didn’t seem considered at all.

We traveled to Seattle to see Justin Timberlake in concert… We love the graduate because of its location next to university of Washington… It is across the street from the light rail, which makes it extremely easy to travel anywhere you wanna go whether it’s to UDub campus , to capital hill or down to pikes Place market, etc.… we love the vintage rooms, or to Have a drink at the mountaineering club on the rooftop with the view of the city… We’ve always experienced very friendly staff. It’s honestly our favorite place to stay.

We had a terrible experience at the Graduate Seattle and we recommend you find an alternate place to stay. The rooms & bathrooms have devolved from vintage cool to shabby and in need of an update. There was no hot water all morning on Sunday and in spite of attempts to fix it, it was never fixed. While the front desk did a marvelous job of managing customer complaints all morning, the hotel facility itself is just sub par.
