When I checked into the hotel, the front desk, who I seemed to be putting out, instructed me regarding the garage they use and where to park my car. She told me nothing else. Upon retrieving my car after checking out, I was charged $36 per day. I was rather shocked by this as their confirmation letter said $25. When I called the hotel, the gentleman said I needed a QR code which would’ve been given to me upon checking in. I told him it wasn’t. He said that she mustn’t have known I had a car. I told him that she, literally, instructed me how to ‘drive’ my car to the ‘parking garage’. In other words, she KNEW I had a car! He said there was absolutely NOTHING he could do about it. The hotel is fine. The customer service, on every level, was a 1 at best.
