The front desk staff was very helpful with the logistics of checking in, laundry service, and renting a bicycle. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning in the hallways! The bar staff was friendly and inquisitive.The gym was cramped and the water machine was broken. The pool was enjoyable and the lounge area was pleasant. The bed was dreamy and something to look forward to after a long day!

Staff was so nice, room was clean, hotel had such a nice vibe, lobby super aesthetic, pool was warm, coffee and cookies in afternoon was fun, and complementary drink was a nice touch. I would for sure stay again, close walk to the ballet, area seemed safe. Our room had an awesome view of the space needle. My teen daughter thought this was a super bougie hotel and she loved it.

Excellent service! Very nice 3-star hotel. The bedding is super comfy. You also get a free drink during your stay. Nice little touches. I will stay here again.

Wonderful, fun hotel. Love the duvets! Was happy also to see that they take safety seriously (lots of bars in the shower). Very friendly staff. They also have bicycles you can borrow and a great bar and coffee bar. It's the kind of lobby that is made for relaxing!

Stayed here for a concert (walk to the venue, avoid the commute home after) and it was sooooo worth it, and so many other folks did as well. Great location. Super friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Modern decor, nicely appointed rooms, comfy beds. Super pet friendly - the swag they get is the best at any hotel I have stayed at. Lots of perks and personal touches for the hoomans too. Highly recommend. Only caveat. Parking is super limited and TIGHT. As in, you might not be able to get out of your car when you park it, so explore other parking options - which is a challenge downtown.

Fantastically quirky and wonderful! I literally looked for something iconically Seattle, near the Opera house and Space Needle, and not blueprint commercial - this is where we ended up - and loved every minute of our stay! I actually have considered purchasing their bedding package! Great location close-enough to restaurants and activities, literally across the street from museum, Space Needle, and Opera. Really clean, secure, fair bar service (the staff had an attitude and poor service about hotel’s free coaster.service - particularly the woman), but the decor and ambience is absolutely FANTASTIC - the coffee cart is GREAT and OH the LINENS!!!!!
