The front desk staff was very helpful with the logistics of checking in, laundry service, and renting a bicycle. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning in the hallways! The bar staff was friendly and inquisitive.The gym was cramped and the water machine was broken. The pool was enjoyable and the lounge area was pleasant. The bed was dreamy and something to look forward to after a long day!

Hotel staff were great, hotel itself comfortable and very clean, if slightly lurid. However the advertised "laundry facilities" do not exist- despite there being a specific laundry bag in the room I was advised to use a laundry app (frustrating). Also the "indoor pool" is not large enough for swimming in. It's just for splashing around with kids

It was good. Cute rooms with comfy beds and furniture (I hate the no top sheet thing, though). Great staff overall. Those cookies are really good!
