Great location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.

Great hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as "lake view". That should definitely be updated to say "city view" not "lake view". Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.

Very convenient location

Very beautiful and clean hotel. I’ve got the deluxe corner room and it was a beautiful site of both the city and the water. Room service fought food whenever I called and also a microwave. The hotel was just amazing. Will visit again

In order to celebrate my birthday and warm up for my third trip around the world, I took a casual trip to Seattle. I booked the Grand Hyatt Hotel because its location is really good, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. . But the result is very disappointing, because I am a traveler who goes out all the year round. I have spent decades of birthdays in major hotels in various countries. This time, let alone a birthday cake in Grand Hyatt, I didn’t even hear a word "Happy Birthday" for the first time , I feel so heartbroken. For those of us who travel for a long time, the hotel is like my second home. What I value most is "warmth", so... In addition, the cleanliness in the hotel room is not bad, but when the curtains are opened early in the morning, the garbage on the platform outside the window is really unpleasant. In fact, in an old hotel, it doesn’t matter if the hardware facilities are outdated. As long as you do things seriously with your heart and soul, you will always be loved by guests of.

The room is large but old. There is nothing to eat around the hotel. But having a Starbucks is very convenient.
