Nice hotel located at downtown Seattle! Will boom again!

Positives The room was clean, modern, very spacious. The shampoo, bath gel and cream were excellent quality. Could access YouTube from the tv. Negatives The location felt a little unsafe for a solo traveller. Very quiet with homeless ppl on some nights near the hotel.

The hotel has a good location, large space and high cost performance. It is very convenient to walk to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. It is close to the subway station. It is highly recommended.

Initially we were given a room with an ugly view of a rooftop with many Air Con units on it so we asked to move. Thankfully we got one facing the street instead. We got a King room that was very spacious and I really liked the design. Nice details and furniture but we found the lights needed more dimmers as it was too bright at night. The bathrooms were nice but no tub. Loved the smell of the toiletries. Wished I could take some home but they were those fixed bottles. Didn’t see any in the shop either. We liked the Bell Tower location as it was near to the jazz venue we were going to, Dimitrious Jazz Alley. Great music! Also walking distance to Pike Market. 👍

This place was the absolute best!! The entire staff was so helpful and provided great food and attraction suggestions. We will definitely try to stay at this hotel every time we go to Seattle.

Overall very good experience, but I would not recommend staying at the end of the hallway on second floor. Forgot my room number, but every single night I would hear some kind of noise like loud banging or voice coming from the other side of the wall. Was on a business trip so I could not care less and slept ok but second night I found out that on the other side of the wall could be where staff rest. That’s why there were people coming in and out the area on the other side of the wall in the middle of the night. Avoid second floor. My coworker stayed on 4th and they were OK. Gym was nice and clean, room was clean and modern. I had no other complains. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Fantastic stay. We walked to all main areas (Pike Place, Space Needle, Capital Hill, Pioneer Square) you really can’t find anywhere in a better location - also as close to the tram it was so easy to get to/from the airport. Great local food and drink options. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We used the fitness centre which had everything you needed (incl Peloton bike) but there was an option to upgrade to a more comprehensive gym too. All amenities in the room were fab and easy to get more of things from the front desk like coffee pods. Overall we loved the hotel and would recommend to all our friends and family!

Great location, clean and the entire staff was beyond helpful and attentive. I would stay here again whenever I visited Seattle!

Super convenient, easy to get to, staff was super friendly and accommodating, facility clean high quality construction and decor. The location was wonderful, but you have to be selective which streets your walk down.
