The building is old and noisy. The service of the staff is a mess. The pickup service takes more than 30 minutes. Especially if you tip, you get too much Make sure you have some change

I don't expect much from a hotel like this. But how do you put a guest in a room stinking of mold and mildew? No bed bugs at least.

This hotel (now called Sutton Suites) is great for value for long term parking and lodging before/after flights. Good option for families on a budget. The rooms are big! Our room had enough room for bed, couch, TV, desk/chair, and kitchenette. Overall, the service was good and the transportation to/from SeaTac was quick and easy.

The staff here were so nice and accommodating! The hotel was older and could stand a few updates, but many hotels are in that boat. The overall stay was nice, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff photocopied Govt ID instead of confirming ID. When queried said they would charge anyway. No manager available on site to resolve issue. Didnt stay. ******* support said listing terms were incorrect. Were checking with unavailable manager. Two days later no update nor refund.
