A great location near Pike Place market. Big, clean rooms. Nice attached restaurants and viewing deck. The biggest negative was trying to move a date one day ahead due to a flight change. After multiple calls with the hotel revenue manager and Trip.com, we finally were able to move it. Trip.com was super helpful but it was very painful with the hotel in particular. They made it seem impossible but it ultimately was quite straight forward. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous.

The room itself was very nice, albeit the ac machine had some dust residue left on the exhaust and near the ceiling. Overall our stay there was amazing and the hospitality the employees gave us were impeccable. Even offered a concierge service if I needed any reservations or suggestions on where to go.

Great location, right next to the market and various food options in downtown. Staff was attentive and room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

The staff is wonderful and very helpful! I needed help with some non traditional requests that were helped with. Joe and Gina were extremely pleasant to interact with and were able to answer any questions I had throughout my stay! Beautiful Property too!

Rented the penthouse suite for two nights for a bride & groom. Staff couldn't have cared less about this being a special occasion, never once answered the front desk phone which would route to a national Hyatt number that also was never answered, charged $500 for less than 10 min to be able to take a few photos at the rooftop bar (which was closed, so no one was there.) So disappointing and surprising for the price we paid. Kudos, however, to the housekeeping staff - they did a fantastic job.

Great Staff, perfect location and very clean, 1 block away from Pike's Market and easy to walk to all the attractions around the hotel

The location of the hotel was in close proximity to Pike St Market and the water. Many things were walkable. Aesthetically, the hotel looked good. Unfortunately, I experienced many issues that drove the poor overall rating of this hotel. First, I had to change my arrival due to a cancelled flight. I notified the hotel and they said they would move the reservation and all was fine. I showed up and accessed my room. It was over 80 degrees in my room and i called for maintenance. They came several times, but were unable to resolve the issue and just gave me a tower fan to use to try and sleep. I am a World of Hyatt member at a higher level and did not receive any of the standard items I usually receive such as upgraded room location, two bottles of water daily, upgraded internet, etc.. Upon leaving, I received my hotel folio via email and when reviewing saw they charged me for the additional night that I was not there along with all fees for that night. When I contacted the hotel, they said it was a no-show charge necessary for me to maintain my reservation. They never communicated this to me when I checked in and asked, not when I checked out. Very poor communication and not very willing to remove any charges, even though my AC was also out during the stay. Overall, I will not stay here the next time I'm in Seattle and there are many other comparable options in that area that I would recommend.

Great location walkable to restaurants and Pike Place. Beautiful views of the Puget Sound and activity around the market. Comfortable room but on the small side. One lounge chair for taking in the view. Would be nice to have a second. Nest rooftop bar is great, but limited indoor seating if needed during cooler months.

Hyatt Pive is great. Upgraded to large corner room, greeted with chocolates and champagne in room. Breakfast was great, special Dungeness crab Benedict, best ever! Staff was very accommodating. Location is the best, next to Pike's Market. Will definitely be back!
