The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

Space Needle view room was just as pictured. Perfect. When we were there the hot tub was closed and it seems like we should have been offered credit as that is one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
The room service breakfast was very underwhelming which was a surprise given the restaurant's high rating.
Other than that, the room was nice and staff were friendly.

I do not recommend the Pan Pacific. This one is comparable to a Hampton inn . I had five maintenance issues report upon check-in, to include loose sink fixtures, broken, safe, track pieces that had fallen onto the floor, and broken plugs. There has been no renovation to bring the rooms up to, modern standards, include a wolf lack of plug-ins near the bed. This staff did not offer any compensation or room Changes because I suspect the whole hotel is outdated and in need of serious maintenance. For the price, you have many other options in seattle with much better quality, service, and maintenance.
