Terrible Hotel - Avoid it with all cost. Worst of the worst. Terrible place from A to Z. I would not recommend to anyone. Poor service and management. I have been working in the hospitality industry since 1997 and it has been the worst hotel I have ever been. I don't even know where to start. Disgustingly dirty rooms, poor service, tastless and poor buffet, broken elevators and helpless management. The worst three days of my life. Hotel is so dirty. Hair on the food. There is only beer that you can possibly drink. They are giving you a hard time when you get a water. They are out of water and bread. You can imagine the rest. How can you be out of bread or water? These are basic needs. It is not all inclusive. This hotel is a rundown hotel with poor management. Waste of money. Stay away for all costs. You will regret it. You are warned. It is not kids friendly at all. Someone needs to call health department on this property. Korkunç Otel - Her ne pahasına olursa olsun kaçının. Kötünün kötüsü. A'dan Z'ye berbat bir yer. Kimseye tavsiye etmem. Kötü hizmet ve yönetim. 1997'den beri konaklama sektöründe çalışıyorum ve şimdiye kadar bulunduğum en kötü oteldi. Nereden başlayacağımı bile bilmiyorum. İğrenç derecede kirli odalar, kötü hizmet, tatsız ve zayıf büfe, kırık asansörler ve çaresiz yönetim. Hayatımın en kötü üç günü. Otel çok kirli. Yemekte saç. Sadece içebileceğiniz bira var. Su aldığınızda size zor anlar yaşatıyorlar. Suyu ve ekmeği bitti. Gerisini hayal edebilirsiniz. Ekmeğiniz veya suyunuz nasıl bitebilir? Bunlar temel ihtiyaçlardır. Her şey dahil değildir. Bu otel, kötü yönetimi olan yıkık bir oteldir. Para israfı. Tüm masraflar için uzak durun. Buna pişman olacaksın. uyarılırsınız. Hiç çocuk dostu değil. Birisinin bu mülkte sağlık departmanını araması gerekiyor.

We were very happy to find the location very beautiful operators were very interested in the rooms were clean.

The hotel is located in the old part of Ayvalik, about 10 minutes from the sea. We couldn't get there with our minibus but Aydın, the manager, contacted our driver and he was able to pick up us and our luggage. We have been and have fun for two nights. The rooms are very simple, but breakfast is fantastic, there is sweet and salty with fruit, yoghurt, eggs and more and served in a nice garden. Aydin speaks a perfect Englishman, he is very kind and a good organizer, suggesting restaurants, beaches, a beautiful sunset view and booking a boat trip, careful in every detail. Thanks to Aydin and staff for your hospitality!

Kaldığımız süreç boyunca bizi evimizde gibi hissettiren harika bir deneyimdi.. Doğallığı, konforu ve eşsiz dekoruyla bizi büyüledi diyebilirim.. Otel sahipleri Sema hanım ve Enver bey çok tatlı ve oldukça misafirperver insanlar. Otel bahçesinde ilgilendikleri pati dostları ayrıca sıcakkanlı, ortama ayrı bir doğallık katmış.🙈 Kış bahçesinde ve şömine başında vakit geçirecek bol bol vaktimiz oldu, o kadar keyifliydi ki.. Kahvaltı ve gelen ikramlardaki her tat muazzamdı, hepsi özenle hazırlanmıştı. Özellikle kapya biber reçelini çok beğendik.☺️Şubat ayında gitmemize rağmen içerisi sıcacıktı hiç üşümedik. Şömine başında otururken plaktan müzik dinleyebiliyorsunuz, ortama oldukça nostaljik ve keyifli bir hava katıyor.. Otel bahçesinde çeşit çeşit bitki var, içeride de limon ağacı.🌿🍋 İzlemesi bile o kadar güzel ki.. Bizim için herkese öve öve bitiremeyeceğimiz bir tatil oldu. Cunda’ya yolunuz düşerse mutlaka gidin ve kalın derim. Her şey için teşekkürler otel Battalos. Eşimle tekrar geleceğimiz günü iple çekiyoruz.🤍🤍

I was expecting a good hotel room, what I received was a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, the main room was large and comfortable, the balcony had a partial view of the hill behind the property. The main bedroom was large with a full/queen bed, and a large wardrobe. The spare bedroom was smaller and had two twin beds.

This gem is an incredibly beautiful oasis. The gardens are beautifully green and well kept. The attention to detail in this hotel is FLAWLESS. The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast more than I could imagine eating and absolutely delicious(!!!), the entire property is beautifully clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and they even provide a guide in english of things to do locally!! Definitely can recommend here!
