非常滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店位置太棒了，位於塞戈維亞小鎮景點最中心的位置，無論是白天還是晚上都可以隨時步行到周圍觀賞景點，房間設施也很完善，有電水壺這一點對中國人很友好，我們定的是一家三口的家庭親子三人間，總體感覺非常舒適，非常推薦！對了，早餐也很棒！

It was said to have an arrangement with a parking. This is totally untrue. We had to pay 18 euros/day and walk 15 minutes to the hotel in the middle of the night with a baby and luggage... They were supposed to have a temporary parking lot to unload the luggage but it was unreachable. All this information was made available only once the hotel was booked

Ubicación perfecta. Cama muy cómoda. Terraza agradable con vistas a la catedral. Bien lo del parking, que te llevan el coche y te olvidas. Paredes de papel, se oye todo. Difícil acceso, coche, maletas. Cafetería desastrosa. Recepcionistas antipáticos, excepto Gracia, dispuesta, amable y profesional. El hotel está bien para un par de noches, aunque es decadente y tristón.

Algo antiguo todo pero correcto. Muy complicado de llegar , si vas con familia y llevas muchas maletas “claramente” no es tu hotel. En Segovia todo es igual de antiguo así que no esperaba algo mejor. Hay parking cercano pero a 500metros eso si a 18€ la noche …

Globally not very welcoming. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was very bad for a 4 star hotel ! We would have had better food at Granier in the same street! Globally disappointed for a 4 star, I would rate it 3 stars. We would most probably not come back .

Great location within walking distance to all the top attractions in Segovia. It has the feel of a merchant's grand residence of the late 19th century. Very helpful staff. Love the painting in the entrance hall. The hotel is spotless with quiet bedrooms. Spectacular stairwell, if you suffer from vertigo don't look down from the top floor. Super 360 views of Segovia from the rooftop terrace. Highly recommend this hotel.
