It's like being scammed, I already paid online, then when I got to the counter, I got RM20 more at the counter. not "security deposit" money. so don't stay at this hotel. a lot of dust and toilets are not clean.

Upon check in , the receptionist asked for extra RM15. He mentioned he started to charge extra for weekend, I guess he took it for his own, anywhere can report ?? room has strange smell. Aircon and wifi is ok.
