However, the location of the room facing the park and main road made it quite noisy, especially during peak hours. If you’re sensitive to sound, I’d recommend requesting a room on a quieter side of the hotel. Overall, a good stay with excellent cleanliness, but noise can be an issue."

"The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool."

"I appreciate that all of the instructions were given clearly, even the shortcut to the mall. There's plenty of amenities such as hairdryer, iron, a washing machine with the detergent. There's even toothbrush kits for guests which they absolutely don't need to provide being that it is a homestay. Very impressed. 10/10. Oh I also appreciate the balcony for smokers and the privacy digital locks on the doors. Helps to stop my nephews from getting into my bedroom. They are cute little munchkins but I can't have them clattering into the room every 10 mins."

"The host not very responsive. Promised by 2pm will let me know the letterbox password. But there isn’t anyone response to the msg till check in time. Every other groups got their key before check in except mine. No response till we keep calling and msg them. Finally got someone response and the cleaner still at apt doing cleaning. The both bed at the master room need to change. I can feel the wood below anytime can collapse."
