Not recommend for group travelers, we arrived one hour more before check in at 2 pm, want to arrange room and our other plan schedule at 3 pm. At first, they promised to arrange and would informed us, but they failed to manage it over 3 pm, so we have to postpone our schedule. In the process we frequently communicate, asked duty manager but not present until we check out next day. Hotel's staff no experience handling group travelers.

Good hotel and staff

AC remote sensor broke down several times, room was dirty, and breakfast all cold including the porridge. I stayed there for 5 nights. All 5 times all the breakfast was cold and not even decently prepared.

the location is strategic in the middle of the city, close if you want to go anywhere, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and smell good but unfortunately the main light in the room can't be turned off so I sleep with the light still on, but overall a good place to visit👍

The service is not professional, there are too many receptionist staff, up to 4 people. Communication and information for guests is very minimal. Cleanliness is normal, the breakfast menu at 7 is almost gone.
