Overall it's a good hotel. Need tjme to recover from the effect of covid19

The employees was really nice The hotel was un keep in and out ( the room was so dirty) dusty all over the place. The bedding was not changed ( had stains all over from the fitted sheets to the blanket) it was so nasty. The bathroom can’t describe. No hot water. The next day I moved to different room. Nothing different from the first room only have hot water and clean linens

Stayed here several times, the service is always good, especially the female waiter at the reception, and the always friendly father asked about hotel guest satisfaction. All female and male waiters are friendly and responsive. just at the last time staying here, The answer from the male waiter at the reception was not good on December 23, 2023 at approximately 10 or 11 am. My advice, 1. The quality/taste of food is further improved. 2. Improve or train more in friendly communication. Because I'm sure you will always give your best. Thank you for providing the best service for us.

The condition of the lobby is perfect and cool, the condition of the location is very good, there is a KFC in the hotel, the receptionist service when I arrived at the hotel was also very good, they can serve guests well, the cafe and breakfast provision are also good BUT there are a few things that I see that need to be improved for the sake of the hotel's reputation including: 1-Used cupboards, tables and interior items such as chairs and damaged wood should not be lined up in a place where customers can see them because this can give the hotel management a negative view of the fireplace. How come the rest are left there without being thrown away. Even if there is something you still want to use, put it in a place where you can't see the guests (store or closed) 2- The swimming pool is nice, the water is blue and the location is very refreshing under the hills, but if possible, 1 person is allocated to clean up the remaining branches from trees that have fallen into the pool so as not to pollute the guests' view of the contents of the pool... For me, it's still okay, but I feel sorry for your Google room. was hit badly because of this. 3- The walls in the hotel, every once in a while the manager comes for an inspection and if it needs to be painted a little, just paint it because the cost of applying paint is not as expensive as the bad rating from the guest... Traces of thumb prints, palm prints are lined up on the walls of the hotel and this is probably not The room service took it off because it wasn't part of its scope of work... So that's all from me for the attention of the hotel management and I pray that you will continue to be successful and compete fiercely with other hotel brands.. Very bed! Rooms are very dirty. I have to sweep myself. Very dirty. I had to sweep the floor myself. The dining hall is very dirtyrr. Bad. Dirty kitchen. The room light is broken. Don't sleep in this hotel. Disgusting
