I couldn't find the location on Grab either. I finally found a coordinate near the hotel and took a taxi to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already past two o'clock. There were three people at the front desk, and two people who could speak Chinese were chatting. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese or even English, so they could only communicate with mobile phone translation software. After a while, they told me that one room was ready, and the other room was still being cleaned, and it would take ten minutes to check in. It doesn't matter, you can wait. This wait lasted half an hour. When I asked the front desk again, they said that there was a power outage and they couldn't clean the room. We had to wait. We waited until 3:30 and checked in after repeated urging. No one came to explain during this time. Even water was not provided, and there was no introduction to breakfast and hotel facilities. We booked to leave for Tawau Airport at 6:45 the next morning. When we left, there was no one on duty at the front desk and no staff in the restaurant. We could only leave the room card at the front desk, drag the suitcase along a gravel road, and automatically open the iron gate of the yard outside the hotel to get on the main road. In addition to the extremely poor service, the facilities in the room are also quite simple, and there is no refrigerator. The remote location means that you can't get a taxi back from the town for dinner at night without tipping. This is my worst travel accommodation experience ever! If you have never experienced being angry while traveling, then I strongly recommend you to stay here.
