Sadly, this place didn't meet my expectations. The walkway out to the hotel (approx 300 metres) is very dodgy and not maintained, with no hand rail. There was limited information on arrival. The restaurant doesn't have a menu so you can't select what you like (difficult for vegetarians). Although the chef was lovely & very helpful with our requests. I don't think it's worth the money we paid.

Free shuttle to the hotel and Semporna town: very timely and good. Free dinner set: the fish is very delicious. Facilities: the water heater broke once and the air conditioner broke once, but they were repaired quickly. Hygiene: very good, very clean and warm. Environment: great, the sea breeze is leisurely and the sea water is very clear.

Except for the loudspeakers of the mosque praying in the middle of the night, it is very quiet. Compared with the dirty and messy town of Semporna, this place is simply a paradise. The overall quality is no less than the water house on the island. I really don't want to leave

Overall, it was okay. Compared to other water houses, the sea water may not be as clear as other water houses. There were too many burrs on the plank road. The child scratched his leg and had a big wound. He only gave me two small band-aids and it was done. I was not very satisfied.
