It needs to be reserved in advance, but the front desk did not inform it in advance. The room is very clean. You can take the elevator by swiping your card. The staff can provide services in both Chinese and English. The service attitude is very good. The breakfast variety is average, the hygiene of the restaurant needs to be improved, mosquitoes flew around the table while eating🤣🤣. Stayed for four nights and returned to the shore from the island to rest. There weren't many reviews, so I was worried that it wasn't good enough. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. The house price was very cheap. It was in a villa area owned by local residents. The house price was spacious, the bathroom was big, and it was very clean. The kitchen and dining room are in the yard, and the purchased papaya guava can be washed and cut. There are also yoga mats, balls, and guitars. The service staff can help book island hopping, the price is reasonable, and there is free transfer to the pier.
Because there are small ants in the tropics, food cannot be brought into the room. Used tableware must be cleaned by yourself, but some people do not comply and are speechless.
The cats are very friendly and can be petted at will.

The owner of the water house is hospitable and attentive, and will also provide professional snorkeling guidance. Although my partner and I were injured during the trip because we are not good at water, the owner of the water house thoughtfully bandaged our wounds and treated them properly. All in all, this is a very good place worth recommending.

GGuest UserA very wonderful water house experience. First of all, the boss answers questions very attentively and seriously. Every detail is considerate for tourists. Both pick-up and drop-off are well arranged. There are three meals a day. The breakfast, lunch and dinner taste good and the ingredients are fresh! There are also arrangements for afternoon tea! In the snorkeling area arranged by the boss, you can see a lot of corals and small fish, and you can have a panoramic view of the underwater world. The waters are more beautiful than the island hopping we arranged ourselves. There are two beds and a sofa bed in the room, which is more convenient for bringing children. You can see the sea view from every window, and it is also very pleasant to sit on the balcony!

GGuest UserI really like this garden B&B. There are only 7 rooms in total. The boss and service staff are very enthusiastic. It feels like we are friends. The breakfast is different every day. It is cooked as you go. It is delicious. Dinner can also be booked in advance. We Stayed and ate for 3 nights. The boss's craftsmanship was excellent and the dining environment was very comfortable. But remember to bring mosquito repellent, there are many mosquitoes. There will be a car to pick up and drop off the town for free. In the last half day, the boss took us to a local supermarket for shopping and bought a lot of coffee to give to friends. Semporna Airport is very small and the queues are long. You can’t go wrong by arriving at the airport 2 hours in advance. Our plane took off 15 minutes early.

NNick0155It takes about 35 minutes by speedboat from the town to Shuiwu. The room is quite clean and tidy, and supplies are relatively scarce. After all, it is on the water, which is understandable. However, the scenery is great. No matter where you sit, you can watch the small fish and listen to the sound of the gurgling sea water. , blowing the sea breeze, it is really comfortable and relaxing, and the staff of the water house cannot speak Chinese, but they take care of everyone who is not good at English communication. They use simple words and sentences as much as possible. There is also a simple KTV in the water house. , it’s also a good choice if you want to relax by singing.

VVictoriaWong _sgMy friend and me booked 2 rooms in total and stayed 4 nights in. Opposite 7 inn there is Basar malam, a Mcdonald, a cafe opposite and a gas station with mini mart, living here is convenient. However it’s a bit far to the harbour by 1km. So, they provide free transport to any potion of the town area, just WhatsApp the driver and he always turn up to pick up us on time! We called at least 5 times of pick up service as considering 7 inn was around 1km from harbour that every excursion starts so by walking it will be 10-15 mins. The container room is spacious with a lovely balcony with 2 chairs. Shared toilet and shower is located at each storey and with like 3 showers and 3 WCs. Bed is spacious and with good pillow and mattress always make me fall asleep easily. In general, I do appreciate 7 inn although I did not encounter many tourists during my stay due to Covid and the entire semporna looks still not yet recovered to before. By the way, 7 inn do not provide drying cloth service but they will send you to a nearby laundry to do washing and drying if you need it. This is very important as our clothes are unable to dry up during our entire stay although 2 of the 4 days are sunny day…

Jjohn12193 bedrooms are available, 4 double beds and 1 single bed; can accommodate 7 people, the air conditioner and water heater are normal, the front desk will give you the air conditioner when you check in (deposit 100), and it will be refunded when you check out. Downstairs is the restaurant, and there are resident singers at night (until around 11 p.m.), which is a bit noisy. The microwave, oven, and water dispenser in the room can be used; the Gree air conditioner is very powerful? Will not feel hot. Yantai is very big, you can directly see the scenery downstairs, don't smoke in the room, you can smoke in Yantai. Fat Ma's seafood is so-so. It takes a few minutes to walk to Nanhai Fishing Village, where the price is very high. There will be a queue at mealtime. Note: the door of the hotel apartment is on the right side of Zhan Quanji by the sea. There are a bunch of children at the door who will help you carry things and ask for tips. Unless you really can’t carry them, don’t give a penny, because there will be a bunch of people around. In addition, the possibility of late check-out is not high.

IiMaggieThe room is quaint and not big, but it is practical. The floor is a bit old and makes creaking noises, but it is understandable. The air conditioner is powerful, and family members who are afraid of the cold need a piece of clothing indoors. Although it is above the sea, the bedding does not feel damp. This is very satisfying for people with high sleep requirements. For potential divers, a place to rest and wash is enough, and this is definitely the first choice. One of the joys of island hopping is sailing on the sea, and going up and down the pier is also very new for children. GGuest UserBooked this Inn2 because I couldn’t see any commitments on Sipadan Inn 3 or 1. It was okay for overnight. The first time I stayed there, it was a normal small room with window facing the street. However, when I checked in again a week later I got a room in the middle without window, even though I booked the same queen room. The location is not great, Inn 3 and 1 are at better spots in the small seafront town, easier to reach than Inn 2. Among the three, Inn 3 is the newest and, after a visit, I noticed it has better rooms with better facilities. Had WiFi in room at Inn 2, the bed was very basic and sheets not crispy clean, the shower was okay as well as the air conditioning. Semporna is a tiny town with most places within walking distance, though the narrow, car-lined streets are not that clean or tidy to walk through, especially if you carry luggage. From what I heard from other travelers, very basic facilities wherever you stay, so lower your expectations then probably all good.
