比疫情前下降了不少，管理一片混亂，還把我訂單丟了，導致我後面五天不得不換酒店。就是反饋問題後再次預訂的2天，攜程再三確認了沒問題的，也搞錯了！就住兩天還換一次房，雙人間變成拼房三人間！要啥啥沒有，又臟又亂！垃圾！

以非常平和的心情和客棧老闆反應，我的錢包裏的錢第二次少了（第二次是特意check過的情況下）。
這位老闆從一開始就不願意處理🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻和我説沒監控（先問的前台説有），以及讓我找我自己的問題。真的，受害者有罪論是嗎？
前9張都是和這位特牛老闆的聊天記錄，大家自己評判，總共少了60馬幣，一開始就沒和老闆要過錢，也沒提過要如何如何，討個説話都不行🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
她提出報警，除了雞肋我不知道説啥，最後她説轉我，轉了30人民幣，我提出不夠，她開始陰陽我的錢是不是真的少了🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻真的無語至極哈。本來真的，太搞笑了，30人民幣打發誰呢，還拉黑，行，我收了。可能我丟的60馬幣不多，但是真的很挑釁，我和前台表示過我很不舒服，對方至少還和我説了sorry，高下立判。
最後一張為同房間室友討論（頭像已截掉），房間有鑰匙但無用，門根本無法鎖上🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
請注意notions：
1.這個地方監控無用，等於沒有。
2.從我入住到現在沒有一次主動打掃，入住當天房間味道巨大，室友説她從入住到那會兒3天沒扔過應該是之前的垃圾，於是我讓前台來打掃了，一個男生，雖然有點尷尬還是處理了。
3.我也住了3天，我們同房間都是自己用超市袋當垃圾袋，房間垃圾依舊未收堆成小山，臨走時垃圾桶滿，加有3個零食垃圾袋，還是未扔，乾燥的沒啥味道但觀感太差根本衹想逃離🙏🏻

i had problem during my check in process where they can't find my booking and the room was occupied by other visitors. i booked 4 months in advance but still they missed my book. and at first they cant help me out, and ask me to make a phone call to that trip.com. i was so disappointed at that time because is late at night, and i already paid for it in advance. But luckily one of the staff offered me to stay in another kind of room without any extra charges.
